About TrueSpace
We're building the property platform we wanted to use
TrueSpace started with a familiar frustration: managing properties means juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, paper cheques, and software that fights you. We think the tools should carry the load — so we built one that does.

Most property management software was built before smartphones, and it shows. Portfolios live in one system, money in another, and maintenance in a group chat. Everything takes three more steps than it should.
So TrueSpace is built around the work itself: rent is invoiced and matched automatically, tenants report problems with photos and watch them get fixed, Ejari renewals are flagged months ahead, and owners receive clean statements without anyone reconciling a spreadsheet at midnight.
Under the hood, we hold ourselves to an unusual standard: every customer's data lives in its own isolated database. It costs us more to run. It's worth it.
What we optimize for
Isolation first
Every company gets its own database. Your leases, payments, and tenant records never share a table with another landlord — by design, not by policy.
Automate the boring parts
Invoices, receipts, late fees, renewal reminders. If a computer can do it well, we think you should be doing something better with your time.
Every dirham accounted for
Rent in, fees out, owner payouts calculated and documented. When the numbers are clean, trust follows.
