Are investor distributions expenses?
No. Maintenance, utilities, taxes and vendor bills are operating expenses. Investor payments are profit distributions and remain separate from operating profit.
Can tenants receive invoices?
Yes. Authorized landlords and property managers can issue tenant invoices, and invoice PDFs can be downloaded from billing records.
Does it support UAE workflows?
TrueSpace includes tenancy, cheque schedule, renewal and Ejari/Tawtheeq-oriented workflows. It does not replace legal advice or a government registration authority.
