Terms of Service

TrueSpace provides property management software, including rent invoicing, lease and Ejari tracking, maintenance dispatch, and accounting tools. Features may evolve as the product improves.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your team's access current.

The data you enter (properties, leases, tenants, financials) remains yours. We store and process it solely to provide the service.

You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, you keep export access for a reasonable grace period before deletion.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in AED, starting after your 14-day free trial. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from account settings. Upgrades are prorated; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Late rent fees applied by the platform follow the rules you configure — you are responsible for ensuring those rules match your lease agreements and local regulations.

Use the service lawfully and only for properties you manage or are authorized to manage.

Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the service, or resell access without an agreement with us.
