Account information: your name, work email, and company details when you sign up.

Portfolio data: the properties, units, leases, tenants, and financial records you enter into the platform. This is your data — you control it.

Usage information: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To operate the service: run your rent rolls, store your documents, and keep your portals working.

To keep the platform safe: rate limiting, abuse detection, and audit logs.

To communicate with you: service announcements and replies to your support requests. We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties for marketing.

Every company on TrueSpace gets a physically isolated database schema. Your records are never stored in a shared table with other customers.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are encrypted and follow the same isolation model.

You can export your data at any time from account settings.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us — we will confirm and complete it within a reasonable timeframe, noting that some financial records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

If you operate under GDPR or UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, these tools are designed to help you meet your own data-subject obligations too.
